A:When you go to our loan application you will be transferred to our secure loan server. Nations Loan Services site uses secure internet protocols when transferring personal information. Account numbers and credit card information in never asked for. We ask that all personal information be completed on the form instead of by Internet email. Internet e-mail does not use SSL encryption and is not secure.

Q: Is there any financial obligation to completing the online application?

A: Absolutely not. There are no application fees whatsoever.

Q: Can I still get a mortgage after bad credit or missed or late payments?

A. Mortgages are possible to get with poor credit. Our mortage brokers can advise you on what mortgages you will qualify for.

Q: How long does the mortgage process take?

A: The process varies, according to your personal situation, however, most mortgages can be completed with 30 days. By applying online, you can begin the process within minutes.

Q: Is a down payment needed? If so, how much will be required?
